Graduate Student
David Wilson is a Ph.D. student in the Chemistry Department at Stanford University. His research is focused on developing oligonucleotide-based fluorescent sensors of DNA repair enzymes as well as other nucleic acid modifying enzymes. Specifically, he is focused on sensing the AlkB family of Fe(II)/α-Ketoglutarate-dependent Dioxygenases. He received is B.A. in Chemistry from Whitman College in 2015 where he researched peptide macrocycles as proteasome inhibitors.
